Expect\nbluesy original and classic covers\, with delicious delights from the kitchen\,\ncourtesy of your humble yet fabulous Salmon Bay Eagles volunteers.\nDan is playing for tips which will go toward the Food Bank and the\nproceeds from dinner will also be donated. Dinner will be a special salmon\nentrée with sides. Dinner is at 6:30pm and show starts at 8pm. Make it fun\nfor all your friends and family and show them a great Saturday night!

SUMMARY:Best of Blues Award Show and Buffet
DESCRIPTION:The Washington Blues Society’s annual Best of the Blues Awards (“BB Awards”) returns on Sunday\, April 23rd to honor musicians\, artists\, events\, and venues nominated by Blues Society members in 30 award categories.  The 2023 BB Awards show will feature live performances by select nominees and an All-Star cast of presenters from around the region\, in a banquet hall setting at the Nile Shrine Events Center Ballroom\, 6601 244th St SW\, Mountlake Terrace\, WA 98043.  Doors open at 3:30pm and event starts at 4pm.  This event is open to the public and prices include a buffet dinner.  For details and ticket information\, visit www.tickettomato.com/event/7951. \nThe nominees are chosen by the membership and are among the absolute best Blues performers from the Pacific Northwest.  Nominees include multi-award winners The Stacy Jones Band\, along with IBC champions Ben Hunter and Joe Seamons\, Blues Challenge Band entrants Eric’s Maine Connection\, first time Best Band nominees McPage and Powell\, and The Davanos.  New to the awards are the groups Crushed Velvet\, Joel Astley Band\, Whitewing\, and the Lonesome & Pine\, who represented Washington State in the solo/due category at the 2023 International Blues Challenge
