Belly Dance Extravaganza

Our next act will showcase the mesmerizing art of belly dancing. Three talented dancers will grace the stage, performing a piece titled “Sounds of the Sahara.” These seasoned performers have enthralled audiences across Seattle, including a recent appearance at Folklife. Leading the group is Rebecca, the principal dancer, who also shares her passion for belly dancing by teaching classes at the Olympic Athletic Club. David B. Metz will provide captivating music on the Arabic drum. David is a veteran of Middle Eastern music, and has years of experience creating electrifying drum solos for dancers. It’s a truly unique experience – a spontaneous dance between the drummer and the dancer, Gilled with excitement and rapid-Gire energy. Don’t miss this chance to see something truly special!
