Blue Healers

Blue Healers is a roots duo based in Snohomish WA. Playing stripped down originals and covers with grit. Don Forsyth is an innovative guitarist with deep blues influences and an unconventional expansive and expressive style. Diane Forsyth is a singer and bass playing songwriter with soul, folk, country and interstellar influences. Blue Healers won the 2023 IBC solo/duo category and represented Washington State in Memphis in January 2024. They were also nominated Best Solo/Duo 2022 & 2023; Don was nominated Best Acoustic Blues guitar 2023 by the Washington Blues Society and best blues band by the Seattle Weekly in 2009. They released the full-length album Transmissions in March 2023 and an EP of all original blues songs in Winter 2023.
