Kris Kamakele’s Tonkatsu Dinner

Kris Kamakele (with Mama’s help) will be making a Japanese style dinner of Tonkatsu (a breaded pork cutlet like prok katsu) that includes steamed white rice, side salad with miso dressing and pickled vegetables. Proceeds benefit the Center for Dementia Research
