Judy is making her crowd-favorite Prawn Po’boys the classic Louisiana way—fried prawns, shredded lettuce, tomato, and homemade rémoulade sauce.
Salmon Dan’s Jam
Salmon Dan hosts a monthly blues jam on the last Thursday, backed by Billy Reed (piano), Marty Vadalabene (drums), and Walter White (bass). Professional and aspiring musicians welcome to join this revived Salmon Bay Eagles tradition.
